• Part of Glendronach’s Master’s Anthology (2024), the Ode to the Valley is a non–age-statement Highland single malt that blends Ruby Port casks from Portugal’s Douro Valley with the distillery’s signature sherry casks.
• ABV: 46.2%

Tasting Note

Nose: Fresh and fragrant notes—wild strawberries, raspberry compote, floral meadow—with gentle oak and spice undertones

Palate: Medium bodied, syrupy and creamy, richly laden with stewed plums, figs, raisins accented by caramel, honey, leather, tobacco, marzipan, and orange oil culminating in a plush rancio character.

Finish: Long and warming finish with sweet spice and fruity persistence.
