SIEMBRA ALTENO TEQUILA REPOSADO 750ML

Siembra Alteño Reposado is a premium expression crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% Blue Weber agave grown on estate fields. Using traditional methods—including brick-oven cooking, roller-mill extraction, open‐air fermentation in wood vats, and copper pot still distillation—this Reposado is then rested in American white-oak barrels to achieve a refined, balanced profile.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale gold to light amber colour, with clarity and a soft golden glow.
Nose: The aroma opens with cooked highland agave sweetness, layered with vanilla bean, caramelized sugar, light oak spice, and citrus zest. Hints of white pepper and subtle herbaceous under-tones provide complexity.

Palate: Medium-bodied and smooth. Initial flavors of honeyed agave and roasted plantain shift into butterscotch, toasted almond, warm baking spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), and gentle oak tannins. A hint of citrus or orange peel lifts the mid-palate.

Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering sweetness, light spice (white pepper, cinnamon), and a dry wood-note that keeps the agave character alive to the tail.
