This is the most aged and highest-proof offering in Calumet Farm’s Single Rack Black series: 16 years old, 106 proof (53% ABV). It’s non-chill filtered and sourced from a single, center-cut rack of 19 barrels, distilled in Bardstown, KY and bottled by Three Springs Bottling Co., in Bowling Green, KY.

Tasting Notes
- Nose: Begins with woody char and smoke, transitioning into toasted almonds, citrus/ orange, floral and cherry scents .
- Palate: Rich oak and warm rye spice unfold into cherries, dark fruit, baking spice, fresh-baked bread, and toffee; carries a subtle cornmeal dryness .
- Finish: Surprisingly gentle given its age—smoky, with lingering toasted grains and mellowed wood sugars
