Ki One Unicorn Edition Korean Single Malt Whiskey 700mL

The Unicorn Edition is Ki One Distillery’s peated single malt, crafted in South Korea with malt peated to ~50 ppm. Double-distilled in copper pot stills and aged for at least 3 years in new American oak and ex-bourbon barrels, it’s bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, with no added coloring.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Gentle, aromatic smoke with notes of coal stoves, bonfire, oak, and crisp apple.
• Palate: Smoky and sooty, balanced by creamy apple, toffee, oatmeal cookie, spice, and damp oak.
• Finish: Lingering savory smoke, honey sweetness, seaweed umami, BBQ glaze, and subtle herbs.
